5. Jewellery Care and Usage

Fashion, imitation, plated, and anti-tarnish jewellery requires appropriate care.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular product, customers should avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, cosmetics, chemicals, sweat, and moisture.

The term “anti-tarnish” does not mean permanently tarnish-proof. Product longevity depends on usage, storage, environmental conditions, exposure to chemicals and moisture, and individual care.

Normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, plating deterioration, or damage caused by improper handling or storage may not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available only for selected products, order values, and delivery PIN codes.
